Hello, can someone recommend me USB Ethernet adapter, preferably gigabit ethernet, that works on MiBox S?

With Google's apparent revoking of the shield TVs keys or certificates (not really sure what happened?) making it unable to play 4k in apps such as Google play and vudu, what are some good alternatives? Nvidia seems quiet on their forum meaning there may not be an easy solution. I've gone back to the android tv built into my Sony 900e but its slow.

I've got a lot of stuff in movies anywhere but also in Google play. Is there a way to play Google Play movies in an Amazon device? What about an apple tv?

Anybody can share the latest FireTV fubotv apk(v4.16 I think)? The latest apk for firetv that I find from google is v4.12 which is not supported anymore. The firetv apk is the only one that can work with my mibox, and I dont have firetv device to extract it myself.

I have been having issues watching live events on the ESPN app on my Sony 750D. During live broadcast events, the video is very choppy but when it goes to commercials the video is smooth. It is only the ESPN app that I have issues with and works fine if I cast it from my phone to my TV. I have tried playing around with the motion settings on my TV with no avail.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or know a solution?

I read this sub a lot so hopefully you haven't rolled your eyes at another question like this. I have 2 TVs (older 2007/08) that I need to connect up for streaming since I don't have cable. I use Hulu + Live, AT&T NOW, Netflix and I have movies I could play through Plex. As far as ecosystem, on my three other TVs one is an Apple TV and the other two I use built in Samsung Smart TV interface which sucks but its good enough for now. If a new Nvidia box was out, I probably wouldnt even be asking this and would just buy 5 of them to get the whole house on the same system. I have family coming over in 2 weeks so I need something on the 2 older TVs, something cheap preferred. Chromecast doesnt work because I dont want to load the app on their phone and sign in. I was thinking the JBL Link Bar on one of the TVs but that seems to have bad reviews. Any suggestions?

It seems pretty simple but I can't seem to find something that works well enough.

Plex DVR is terrible. It can sort of do those things, but half the time my recording ends up corrupt or deleted somehow. I've had very limited success with it. It has gotten better from the original time I had used it but still bad.

Live Channels is what I use currently, but it's limited in the TS department. I have a 1TB usb external connected to it and I can only pause for like 10-15 minutes before it starts playing again. It also doesn't allow me to record, then go to the channel and start from the beginning like a DVR should.

I've read there's a Kodi live TV setup but I'm not sure that would work for me.

What other options have you all used out there that you're happy with? Being able to record a program and not have to wait until the end to watch it would be great.

I installed the latest Prime Video APK on my Mi Box. The video quality seems brutal but there's no way to change it in settings anywhere.

If I use the Prime video app on my phone and cast to the mi box it looks great.

What gives?

I bought this new TV today and I thought it had Android but I couldn't find the play store, The only thing that says Android is the open source license, so I have no idea, HOW TO KNOW IF A TV IS ANDROID?

Is it possible to make it so I can install and run third part apps from my Now TV Smart Stick?

This might be little too technical... but I wanted to ask for help/advice. Anybody implemented Android TV application that's showing ads? What framework did you use? I was reading about Admob for Android TV but that seems not to be supported.

I pause the internet to a number of screens on my network using the eeros MAC address blocking feature. I just recently purchased this TV and noticed that when I pause the internet, the tv will enter a reboot loop. I went through the settings and couldn’t find a way to turn this off. My older Sony doesn’t do this.

Sideloading usually works fine. But installed a doorbell camera app and Android tv hides it from the home screen. Only way I can get to it is through settings > apps

Any way to force to home screen ?

So my internet service is horrible so I thought I could download 4k content onto a external harddrive then play those movies so thered be no chance of buffering. The thing is will my Android Tv box recognize a harddrive? I know it's work for a flash drive but I doubt a 4k 2 hour movie would ever fit on that.
