Well most Sony Android TV's have network hardware that caps at 100Mbits. Good luck......I even asked a Sony rep about this and they had no clue. I actually had to rummage through tech specs manuals until I found it has a 100BASETX.
Isn't it just supposed to work with anything that has a youtube app?
There's no console tech on the user's side with stadia, it's just a video stream. The controller pairs with the wifi to bypass the machine, so the OS/app doesn't need to even know you're playing a game. I thought that was the whole selling point, that it's just part of youtube.
Mine cant even play live videos smooth
I don't know if I would call this officially 'confirmed', but we could all probably guess that 2020 is correct. I mean we know it is launching only on Chromecast Ultra in November 2019, so it's almost certainly not 2019, and I sure hope their primary controller-supporting TV-focused platform within 13 months of launching the service.
Stadia is still a poor idea
Stadia is still a poor idea
Why would it need an OS update? Shouldn't it work just work with all AndroidTV devices that are able to decode a 4k/60fps stream? Even if the integrated Chromecast isn't enough, a Stadia App should do...
