Check android TV.com
If you can't find the Play Store it's not Android TV. Also if your menu doesn't look like this, it's not Android TV

Hisense seems to have his own Operating system named Vidaa U. Your notification about Android is the open source licence maybe only means your TV has cast abilities (it's an android licence ) like casting on your youtube app.
