I have been having issues watching live events on the ESPN app on my Sony 750D. During live broadcast events, the video is very choppy but when it goes to commercials the video is smooth. It is only the ESPN app that I have issues with and works fine if I cast it from my phone to my TV. I have tried playing around with the motion settings on my TV with no avail.
Has anyone else experienced this problem or know a solution?
ESPN, Disney, Apple. Android users are second class citizens for them.
Many times friends that are Apple devs saying to me you have money why support and buy Android garbages? 😂
I'm having the same problem with Fox Sports. Espn is fine but fox sports is like watching a stop motion film. Just awful.
It is definitely the Android TV app. Opened a support case with ESPN that could care less. I bought a used Roku Express that works 1000% better.
same problem for ages. sometimes chromecasting from my phone works better but not always.
It's on ESPN.
