Hi, so, 3 days ago I had a problem with Plex and I found out that I could fix it by going to the audio settings, setting the Dolby Sounds to RF, setting Digital Audio Format to Manual and enabling every option. That way I could play my movies directly from Plex without transcoding. But, yesterday I updated my Android TV and now the Dolby Sounds option is gone! Now I can't play anything on Plex because of this. Even the movies that don't use DTS codec won't play anymore. I already tried a factory reset, and it didn't work. The option is simply gone. Is there a way to fix this? Or this box just became useless, since I only use it for Plex? Anyone with the same problem?

I own this TV since ~4 (definitely 3) years ago.
Somewhere in the first months it started to exhibit bootloop (power led would start blinking and after the Android Logo it would start again instead of going ahead and actually starting). Searched on google, found a firmware on a german site (I think) flashed it, no more issues after.
Since then I kept it up to date with all the official updates that Philips pushed throughout the years.
Last night around 1 AM started again out of the blue. I was watching Netflix and it froze and then wasn't able to boot anymore.
This time no more warranty so the problem is really serious.
I tried to flash the latest firmware that I have found on Philips website. I tried 2 versions (international one found on a forum |autorun_QM163E_000.026.068.000.upg|and the Romanian one as I leave in Romania) without any success. The RO (55PUS6561_12_fus_ron.zip) one is flashed successfully but the TV still doesn't boot.
Around 3 AM I gave up and I left it unplugged until 9 AM when I started again (search, download, copy on the USB drive, fail, repeat).
I tried to use a wipedatatool_QM16.3ELA in various formats (zip and upg), these are not even running. Various error messages and in the end the installation is aborted.
From time to time it goes into recovery by itself as it would acknowledge the fact that it needs some kind of help.
Tried to clear the cache, ran without issues, but still no luck.
As both me and my wife are working from home in this crazy period of time, my daughter is the most impacted as she would watch Youtube on it from time to time (now she has the phone that I usually try to avoid). I am thinking to call Philips Customer Care Monday morning and I hope that although my warranty went down the drain they will be able and willing to offer a solution.
Can anyone give me some help ? I am fresh out of ideas.
