I can pickup a Jetstream box from my local Walmart today, or I can order a Mi Box S from Walmart and have it on Tuesday.
I already have a shield tv for my main tv. This is for my bedroom tv, so mostly bedtime watching, 1080p tv, will only be using wifi.
What do you guys think I should do?
Get either the Verizon Stream TV or AirTV Mini, both are more powerful and noticably snappier vs the old 2015 era chipset tech in the Mi Boxes or Jetstream.
They will also Have better AC MIMO WiFi.
The FireTV Stick 4K has stellar AC MIMO WiFi performance.
Do you need the extra connectivity options available with Jetstream's higher cost?
Buy the ematic agt419 off amazon. It's the updated Jetstream with HDR and Prime Video support.

Mi Box S is now Prime Video certified, don't think the Jetstream has it.
I bought a jetstream for $40 to replace an old Nexus player in the bedroom. Definitely a huge upgrade. Have shield pro 2019 on main tv and don't really need anything fancy for the bedroom TV. I figured 40$ for decent Android TV interface vs firestick Amazon's frontend. I was able to download Amazon video on the jetstream too. They must have added supported recently
I'm happy with my purchase.
While the Jetstream has been fairly stable, it still sometimes needs a reboot. There has been zero software updates, so keep that in mind. Personally, I would recommend the fire stick 4K when they’re on sale. Handles 4K 10bit content better than jetstream.
