I downloaded an app from the play store on my phone. I've subsequently uninstalled the app on my phone, but it still shows up in the "not on this device" section of the play store on my Sony Smart TV. How do I get it to stop showing up here?

I already have a Mibox S and while it's working fine, I noticed that some apps are laggy (ziontv, iptv smarters, sometimes netflix) but a simple reboot fixes it. Chromecast also stopped working but I don't really use it anyway. And then there's the 5.1 sound issue. I've heard great things about the original Shield tv but I'm not sure about the 2019 version since it's pretty new, but the upscaling feature looks pretty cool and it seems to have a fast processor too

Has anybody figured out how to get the prime video channel on the homescreen to work? Ive seen it a few times in AndroidTV reviews but it doesn't show up for me. My mi box s is updated to Android 9 so it does have official prime video support. Anybody know who to get it to show up?

Okay so its been like 2 months since android 9 has came out for the mi box s and it was horrible, but since its been 2 months have they fixed anything? Is it finally safe to upgarde since when i Google it the only results i get is articales on how horrible it was.

I lost the remote for my television, and the television still automatically boots android for tv, however as the last thing we used was the TV option (on HDMI 1), it is currently stuck there. I have my mouse and keyboard connected to the tv, so we have some methods of input (for example, we can select different TV inputs, such as HDMI 2, 3, etc).

I would however like to access the android for tv homescreen again, so that I can launch other apps, such as Netflix. Is there anyway using the keyboard and mouse that I can go back to the homescreen?

On mobile phones, I can set a URL to work like an app. It has an icon and it opens a kind of standalone web app. Is there such a thing in AndroidTV? Directly or through a third party app or trick? I’m using a website that would look great on a TV. It’s for older people so I’m trying to make their user experience as easy as possible once setup.

Wanted to use apps on the TV now but can't login to Google accounts. Know passwords were correct on a couple accounts we tried. Netflix and other apps already on seem to work fine. Just can't use anything Google.

I just got a mibox s and I'm using Kodi to play content from my computer. Truehd and Atmos is not working. In the passthrough settings for Kodi it gives me no option to enable true hd. Does anyone have a fix for this?

I have a Sony Android TV modelo XBR55X700D, AMD i have Mupen64pro in it and it works just fine, but for some reason after the last big tv update, my dualshock 4 has input lag whole playing Mupen64pro, sp much its unplayable, i can solve the issue by conecting vía usb cable the dualshock to the tv but now there audio its gone cause it turn the dualshock4 intro an audio output so the Gear the audio i have to conect AUX headphones to the dualshock while comected vía usb to the tv. Any Fox?
