Hello. Does anyone know if Bravia remotes are compatible with other Android TV devices, specifically CcwGtv? Im considering getting the Rmf-tx621u to replace my cc remote as it's broken and the Bravia remotes have the buttons I need.

I changed it to see if it made a difference, but then it showed no signal. Its Android 10 so i couldnt enable wireless debugging before like I always do on Android 11 devices, so connection refused. And idk if i have data transferring cable that i can use and if it will even work without authorization. Is there something I can do to reset video settings without factory reset?

I bought a new Mecool KM2. I updated the device and went to browse the USB stick that's formatted with FAT32 and has some video files on it. The Mecool sees the device but when I click on it I only see the Misc and Available options. When I click on those options, nothing happens. I rebooted and got the same results.

I made sure that USB debugging is off, I installed ANT+ USB service, and restarted, but I get the same results.

Just got an Onn AndroidTV and notice the image is darker than my 4K Firestick and Shield. Was wondering if anyone had a similar issue and if there’s anyway to adjust it without messing with my TV settings.

I can't work out how to sub to a channel on smarttubenext. I've googled it but there's nothing about it.

Have I missed the obvious?

Just bougtht LG C1 OLED, gonan be using for PLEX, Youtube, Spotify, IPTV. So the question comes do I need android TV? Also I will hook this tv to my stereo, if I would like to play FLAC I think would be better to get android tv?

I sideloaded DIRECTV for Tablets_v5.28.003 from apkpure but it isn’t taking the credentials. Also tried sideloading the regular app but got the same results.

Hi I've tried searching but can't find anything. All I want to do is add more usb ports to my bravia TV. Currently have an external harddrive plugged in, and have recently placed led lights using another usb port. So had to remove my Chromecast. I would like to simply be able to plug more usb's in when needed, would a regular pc usb hub work?

I have deployed a few Walmart Onn Android TV pucks in a vacation home that is shared with other family members. I signed into those devices using my primary Google Account, as I had purchased a few apps under that account that I wanted to use on those devices.

What level of security risk does that pose? Can a "malicious family member" figure out a way to get to any of my sensitive data that is stored in my Google account, such as Gmail, Google Drive etc. etc.?

Of course I could create a dummy Google account for that purpose, but as I mentioned, I wanted to have access to some of my purchased apps.

The Wfi antenna on the nvidia shield tv pro is just not up to snuff for game streaming. Ethernet is not an option unfortunately.

Besides other stuff, I'd like to run Kodi on Android TV which will receive interlaced DVB streams.

Is there any good option out there which is able to properly deinterlace those broadcasts?

I want to buy a hub USB with LAN for my Chromecast with Google TV. I need it to connect external hard disks, wifi dongles for controllers and more. What's the best? If it's on Amazon it's better. I live in Italy.

I need a replacement launcher for my Xiaomi redmi tv so that my mother can use it.

I need it to be able to have an HDMI button on the main screen that she can navigate to and press.

Ideally it would be customisable so that there are no other buttons on the screen that she can get lost in.

I guess I also need it to autostart so that she doesn't have to wrestle with the overly complex Xiaomi menu.

anyone got an idea that would work?
