Sorry if this has been posted before but I haven't found anyone else mentioning this issue. I use various streaming apps on my Philips Android TV and they invariably have the problem that the videos stop loading when I continue playing after having paused them. Involved apps are PrimeVideo, Videoland and NPO (the latter two being Dutch streaming apps). Casting from my phone works fine.
TV is connected wirelessly to router. After the video stalls, I can browse and search just fine on the home screens of the apps and the home screen of the TV so it does still seem to be connected. When I select the video again it doesn't load, though.
So far I have cleared the cache on the TV and rebooted it, which helps temporarily. Also, I made sure that both Android and the aforementioned apps are up-to-date. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Edit: the TV model is 43PUS7304.
Edit 2: same issue when connecting TV by wire.
