Which one of these should I get? I'm getting Fire TV Stick for around 30 dollars due to the prime day sale. New chromecast costs 50 dollars and the Mi Box also costs me around 50 dollars. What should I go for? I'm quite confused. Also can we cast to the fire tv stick? And can we install play store on it?

I purchased Minecraft on my son's tablet but now I am trying to install it on my ShieldTV with no luck. I extracted the APK from the tablet and tried installing it on the Shield. Everything goes smoothly until the end in which I get the error "App not installed".

What am I doing wrong? I see some people had success doing this, I wonder if something has been blocked since.

Hello. I purchased a MiBox S a few months ago, and it had worked perfectly.

However, since last weekend I noticed a strange "bug" in Facebook Watch: if I click on the icon for any of the pages I follow, it doesn't show any videos. Usually, I could see all the latest videos posted by the page, but this doesn't happen anymore.

Do you know how to fix this? I have already tried to clear data/cache for the application, logging out and in again, and even reinstalling the application, to no avail.

Google hasn't updated any launch date for Chromecast with Google TV for India. Haven't received any response with them on Twitter too. Hence can someone share the package weight and dimensions of the shipping box as it arrives from Google? I'm looking to ship it from US to India using ShopUSA or MyUS site. Need the details to get shipping estimate. Also anyone else has experience using these websites then please share your feedback . Thanks.

Planning to get a 4k tv under 30,000. Samsung, Sony aren't VFM, too pricey imo. So, my list has condensed down to options like Nokia, Iffalcon, Mi, realme, Motorola also the prices are going to decrease because of the Big billion days sale. My favourite among them is the Nokia Tv, great sound quality and features. Now, I do know it's made by some Chinese company, but i'm not really vehement against it as long as it is reliable and VFM. Would you guys recommend it for long term? What other options to look for?

I know it has chromecast built in, I just find miracast alot faster and reliable..

Is it possible to install an app to turn my box into a miracast receiver, so that I can connect to it with Windows wireless Display ? ( Windows + K)

tl;dr - Organic Google Search "My Watchlist". There it is! Any idea if Google will make this more of a product, with filtering and sorting? I believe putting 100's of titles in a watchlist would make it functionless and not useful without sorting by genre, rating, year, etc?

So, Google TV is amazing, I left the aggregation of all the shows I am watching. It's just such a game changer, and I got REALLY excited about the watchlist, because the aggregation will help with the fact it's just sprawled across so many streaming services. I sorta asked a similar question this morning where I joked that we were sick of cable, killed it, and now we need it again. LOL

So, it seems Google's "My Watchlist" is suffering from the same "it's not a full product so don't support it". I get it, but trying to figure this out reminds me of trying to find the Grocery List whenever they bounce it around one of their apps, etc. =)

I got excited it might be able to replace Justwatch, but if you can't sort or filter, isn't the "watchlist" ribbon on Google TV just going to end up endlessly scrolling 100's of titles you can penetrate through without sorting or filters?

I recently started using Google TV and noticed that it tries to show me content from Services to which I don't subscribe. Maybe by design? But is there a way to only show content for the Services I have selected in the settings?

TL;DR- Does Google TV have a way to port or interface watchlists from various apps/services? Or I just need to do it manually?

I have used justwatch and enjoyed it's aggregation, but Google TV just expanded their monopoly in the happiest possible way because now I'll be easily hitting their "watchlist" button on the info panels in organic search. Is a monopoly bad? Yes. Does it simplify my life which is what Google's mission is? Yes.

Google TV UI is the most amazing thing I've seen in a long time, and I am really excited about actual aggregation of all streaming services so that you can see your watchlist and continue watching in one place. It's *SO* weird because we killed cable and then all of a sudden we need it again with all these damned services, and here we go with Google TV. Woot.

So is this going to have to be a manual process of opening tabs of the shows from justwatch and searching in Google, or is there a way to directly port or interface GTV and Justwatch yet? Thanks.

EDIT: I thought the watchlist would be a killer to Justwatch for me, but it turns out it's wildly static, without sorting or even filters by ranking, rating, genre. It's not a complete product.

I have heard that a bluetooth speaker can connect to it for sound. Does it work well? Can 2 speakers connect? I am thinking of using it for my projector setup outside.

Is it possible to use the google assistant button on the remote to do a web search? The results for the assistant seem limited to media. I want the results to look more like what I see when I search from my phone. Is this possible?

I ordered the GoogleTV Netflix bundle when it was first announced and it is on a FedEx truck to be delivered today. I am hoping others are getting theirs today or soon.
