Is Prime Video available as a system app or in the Play Store?

Anyone having issues with trying to switch inputs after this update? The update seems to have fixed the CEC black screen, but now when I select an HDMI input it flashes the input image and then bounces right back to the home screen.
I put in a ticket with JBL support, but I'm not sure how that's going to go.
Huh. I had basically resigned myself to using an old Shield TV plugged into the Link Bar because support was nonexistent, Prime wasn't available, and the CEC issue was infuriating. I'll have to check this out.
It's added the Prime Video app, and it didn't jump about to ARC Audio input when restarting (fingers crossed)
