Hi, I need suggestions for my Tcl p725 Android tv, which hd camera will work for Google duo calls... Tcl also does not know this, recommendations please

My tv is on a mount that allows me to swivel 90deg and I use this to store my tv neatly against the wall. It would be cool if I could run something that would play with this orientation. News/Dashboard or even just photos. Is anyone aware of any apps meant for this?

Happy Nvidia Shield user here, game streaming is flawless. However, my generic MECOOL box really struggles with latency - H265 decoding.

Curious to know are there really any cheaper alternatives to Shield that has no-lag game streaming performance?

Looking at buying a new TV and I currently have a Chromecast with Google TV.

A few TVs these days are coming out with Google TV as its Smart TV features and a lot of older TVs have Android TV.

Android TV has recently had an update to make it look like Google TV but my understanding is its lacking in some extra features.

How is the new Android TV experience?

Does anybody have a comparison?

How well does a TV's processor work with Android TV/Google TV? (Would it be better using the chromecast with Google TV Anyway?)

Ditched FireTV (sluggish) for a Chromecast, but i am missing this Live TV feature, which pulls data from apps and arrange them into TV guide. It is seamless and useful, is there something like this on the AndroidTV?

This tv i own is from china which means doesn't have google play so i download my apps from aptoide tv . Disney+ from aptoide tv runs 720p only even my tv support 4k resolution and hdr but none of them plays on my tv i've tried to install google play but didn't work . Any working method to download 4k disney + for this tv ?

I have a Nvidia shield Pro (2019) and I'm trying to find a way to run two of the same apps (Plex) similar to what can be done on an Android phone os with work profiles and sandboxing like shelter. It seems like Kodi + Plex plugin may be the only option but would much rather not have to deal with Kodi if I don't have to.

Bought 2 so I could use one as a gift but neither of them put out a picture when plugged in via av. I can use hdmi if it helps set them up but the whole point is to use them on our older crt tvs

Upadte: bought a different AV cable from a pawn shop and it works! :) guess it's just a matter of luck on picking the right one, lol, although I can definitely that the combination I had originally did not work

I have GoogleTV and installed ExpressVPN and logging into Netflix then shows the US Netflix.

My issue is that I cant seem to download any of the other US apps (like HBOMax etc) unless I use downloader and download them from there.

When I go to the App Store it just says not available in my country even though ExpressVPN is on and working.

What am I doing wrong?

I want to know whether "android tvs with Dolby Atmos + eARC port offerings" can process TrueHD lossless Dolby Atmos on there own(I'm not talking abt DD+) when a 4k remux movie is played through HDD via tvs USB port(2.0/3.0) or do I need sheild. I don't if I can post a link of such tvs in posts but for example consider mi tv 5x or others. Note: In not talking about TVs standalone speaker. Thank you!!!

Just got a new TV. Currently just using wifi for streaming, no devices connected and not connected to cable. Every 5-10 minutes while watching something it disconnects from whatever I'm watching and I get a notice about "no inputs" connected. How can I fix this?

Edit: When it does this something saying "demo app" also briefly flashes on screen.

Hi, i'm new to Android Tv's. Anyone knows how to move the screen? I mean, in phones you slide with your fingers, but what you do with remote control? Most of my apps work without sliding, but I downloaded HBO Max and it really needs to slide. Thanks for your help

Just got myself a Mi TV Stick, but it's still on the October 2020 patch with build 832. I've seen some posts about this thing getting updates, but it keeps saying I already have the latest version. I live in the Netherlands but have the region set to Germany as there is no option for Netherlands, not sure if that has to do with it

I received Mi Box today, and right after initiate process it automatically restart (without questions) and install update. WTF? So I don't know is it problem in new update or not.

PROBLEM: After ≈5-10 min WiFi and BT stop working at all. Luckily I enabled CEC control. WiFi toggle button is off and can't be changed (not disableb but return back). Factory reset not resolve the problem. So I switch to WiFi 2GHz and looks like it is sollution. (I try 5GHz on Apple Time Capsule and on Mikrotik)
