I have a MiBox I travel with and its remote is rather large for this purpose. Using my cell phone for control doesn't really work as Google's AndroidTV Remote app never works reliably for me and those USB IR adapters suck with USB C (I have 3 from different vendors).

Has anyone found a small remote that works with the Mibox? Thanks!

I recently got myself a Hisense Android TV 50H8F. The TV is nice and simple and gets all my Android TV needs in order. When I plug my 4TB NTFS Drive in it reads it and shows me the Contents through Hisenses own Media viewer App. That is okay, as I can view my video content. Yet their App is very minimal and just gets the job done.

When trying to view the content in Kodi or VLC or even a File Explorer it doesn't show anything. Kodi gives an error of Path not found. Yet these apps see the drive but have no access to the contents.

Which are the best options under 100 usd nowadays? I currently have a MeCool and I hate it, I feel deceived by the fact that I bought something with WL1, but in the next month was banned from netflix, and now I have to use useless smartphone apks on it.

Also, I need iptv. Can anyone help me?

I use ATV launcher instead of the Oreo/pie launcher, but after the new update the option to set the default seems to have gone? Even launcher-switcher apps aren't working.

I doubt if they have locked it down, but I can't figure out how to make it so the home button takes me to ATV. I'm probably being dumb - how do I do it?

i recently got my first Android TV a Philips Ambilight 50PUS7504/12 and since a system update.I will always loose audio from my youtube or spotify app as soon my device was in a deep sleep mode (turned off for 8 hours )

Everything else works fine Netflix, HDMI Source. I have tried:

• Deactivating and reactivating the tv speaker which doesn't help.
• Resetting the TV to default settings. Which helped but is a poor permanent solution
• removing TV from power socket and reattach it after few seconds, worked but is also a poor permanent solution

I wonder if anyone else had such trouble and maybe knows a fix to that problem, I really don't like sending the tv back...

UPDATE: Phillips will fix this issue in the upcoming update coming next week (calendar week 33).

New to this sub because i just bought a new Sony Android TV. i checked to see if they have a youtube TV app but it appears they do not. is it hidden somewhere in the normal youtube app or is there a third party app? seems crazy if they don't support each other yet.

So I am fed up with the lack of remote on my Chromecast 3. I need a way to pause/play.

Been researching and found Mi Box. Is there any other options with Chromecast built in?

I was over at my parents place and they had purchased an Android box. It had an app called Saturn Live that looked it a source for a bunch of Asian IPTV. I've been googling to try and fine it, but I can't seem to locate it anywhere.

Anyone have a URL for Saturn Live? BTW the app icon was blue, if that makes any difference.

So from any LeEco super 65 owners, I need some assistance. I own 2 of the above mentioned tvs, but after set up one of them has an issue where after playing from either HDMI (set top box) netflix, or youtube for a few minutes, the screen goes black with a grey section. Sound goes as well, however you can still return to home, or re-click Netflix... any advice?
