Hi,
When I change the Input setting of HDMI to Enhanced the screen goes black (No Signal message).
Im using HDMI port 2 that support (as per manual) 4K resolution, HDCP 2.2-compatible and Video: 4096 × 2160p (50, 60 Hz), 3840 × 2160p (50, 60 Hz), 3840 × 2160p (24, 25, 30 Hz).
I am using original PS4 Pro HDMI High Speed cable.
I have changed the cable and HDMI ports to check but no success.
TV and PR4 Pro Software updated as well (TV Firmware update to v6.6535 for Asia Pacific) (PS4 Pro to 7.0)
PS4 HDR settings checked.
TV HDR Settings checked.
Game HDR settings checked.
This issue poped up after the Oreo Android 8.0 update.
Because of this my PS4 Pro is showing 2160 YUV422 in resolution and the 2160 RGB setting is grayed out (Not Supported).
I am struggling to get the RGB not supported issue resolved and not knowing why some supported games are still running in 4K without HDR and some are on 1080p.
Please help as currently I am unable to play games like Call of Duty Modern Warfare and GOW in 4K HDR
Thanks in advance.
