MI Box S - PLEX client no longer working with expected codecs or what?

I recently installed the beta pic 9 (2205) with good results but had to play with wifi networking though.

Netflix, KODI works well, but PLEX is now suddenly failing all the regular codec playbacks, but works with HEVC it seems, many other series playback, just stops with the circular pointing arrow, awaiting playback, but it never starts playback. I can press exit and try another episode without problems so i do not think it is a transcoding issue, that normally cause next playback to halt, that i verified too.

Anyone share this problem as i in this beta? Would be great if there is a solution.

Just check that you haven't enabled audio pass through if you system doesn't like it.

I was messing with my settings and had enabled it and it took me a while to work out why some video files were working and why some werent

Ok, i think the "adjust framerate" fixed it, it was set to on.

Strange, this worked flawlessly in Oreo.

In having some weird issues with Plex on the Mi Box S beta as well. For me it seems to be something with “Adjust video Quality Automatically”. If I turn it off it will play most anything, if it’s on it seems to never get the video started but I can see it buffering (play bar buffer fills)
