Is it possible to get hold of a standalone of Google's new G20 remote control?

I’ve been trying to watch the newly released episodes of TWD on my Jetstream Android Box for a while now, but no matter what I use to watch it it stops and buffers every 10 seconds I tried the AMC app casted from my phone and on the box, I even tried Cinema HD and Kodi but they all do it, I know it’s not my internet and what’s strange is nothing else does that. Has anyone came across this ?

can't find miracast app on my android tvbox t95q i want to cast my samsung phone to my tvbox but i can't find miracast app or any method that allow me to hear tvbox voice from my phone while watching tv

can't find the Bein Sports Connect app in my Google TV with Chromecast. haven't they developed the app for this platform? Any help would be highly appreciated.

So recently i have noticed that if i just shut off the TV while it's on HDMI with MiBox playing something the TV will freeze and will not boot up until I unplug it and plug it back.

If I just go to homerscreen before shutting the tv off it doesn't have this issue.

Any ideas what could cause this?

Did a full reset on the TV, doesn't seem to help it

My 11yo picked one of these up at Goodwill yesterday. He loves fiddling with old tech, and was hoping to get our streaming services working on it. Unfortunately he's being stymied by a bad password error at the Google login. I verified that he's using the correct password. At this point I'm pretty sure it just won't work, but my son isn't willing to give up until the brilliant hivemind of reddit says it's a lost cause. So, does anyone here have any genius ideas I can pass along to him? Thanks.

I have a CCGTV. It works well and I am satisfied. However, the main "Continue watching" section on the home page is not working great. It only shows shows from Netflix that I am watching, and not even all of them. I also have Prime and Disney+, but the shows that I am watching are not present on the "Continue watching" section on the home page.

Is there a setting to decide which apps to include there? How can I add Prime and Disney+ to this overview?

Since the latest update i now have a Fire TV style ad section at the top, suggesting a bunch of shit I would never watch and other shit on services I do not have. I thought on the Home Screen settings there would be a toggle to turn this off, but I guess Gougele is getting ad revenue for this?

The app itself seems to work fine, but Apple's lovely (mandatory) two-factor verification system doesn't work with the Android TV OS and doesn't take the code that you have to put in (you can put the numbers in, but it just takes you back to the login screen when you try to continue).

Is it possible to use Chromecast with Google Tv purchased from the US and use it in India ?

I managed to make my android phone cam as an IP cam and webcam for windows.

I was also able to view my phone cam as an ip cam on the TV.

Can i do the same on Android TV?

Edit: To clarify things up, I need to use my phone camera as a webcam for Android tv apps like Google Duo.

Android TV is not foreign to my household with Shield TV, MiBox and builtins throughout the house. I moved my last 4k FTV over to this ONN and I can't see why all the hate around here for it. It just works. I added a dongle to add additional USB ports and runs off ethernet. Does 4k just fine w/ HDR. No picture quality issue, no color space issues. I'm streaming 4k rips (some 80G MUX ones) off my home NAS with my installed KODI without any issues. No passthrough issues with audio does DTS-HD just fine. Sure its not a pretty box, but I wouldn't say it's ugly and it's hidden for me. Not the type that likes to display all my devices across in front of the TV. lol

My only gripe would be the 4G storage as I'm already topped out. It recognizes my USB stick just fine, but doesn't allow me to migrate apps to it, or utilize it for additional storage in any way. I saw some post on solving USB stick issues with ADB commands, but those are dated post so not sure if they're even worth trying on Android 10. Has anyone figured out how to use additional storage on it?

Everytime I go to play videos. It always gives me this message on the bottom of my tv.. .. .. I tried messing around in video preset option. And it still does this.. I tried deleting and re installing the app.. With no luck.

Anyone know how to fix this? It never use to do it before..

I have the X800E Series. I have the play next option on. Yesterday i clicked on a title and it said remove from play next. There is a feature called long select. I don't know how Got it to remove the title and was wondering if anybody knows how to activate long select. I tried holding down the select button that just goes straight into the show or movie.

For those looking for a new Android TV device I highly recommend the Nokia Streaming Box 8000 (if available in your area - otherwise try sourcing it from all the usual channels). Internally it is more similar to the new Google Chromecast with Google TV than to the Nvidia Shield, but what makes it the killer box for me is it is currently the only real Android TV device to have a full remote control including all the number and colour buttons, making it much easier to eg watch television on the box.

I don't have Prime. I disabled the Prime app, but the only things being recommended are on Prime. Is there a way to force Google to stop recommending Prime stuff on Android TV?

Is anyone else having issues with Android TV 9 on Sony Bravia VU1? It's been freezing up on me last couple of weeks. I have to do a hard re-boot (unplug it) at least once a day in order to make it work. Very frustrating.

This new for anyone else? Annoying.
