YouTube Music is pure suckage, especially on GoogleTV. Half of my playlists show the number of videos but in the main part of the screen it says "No videos in this playlist yet." despite the fact that is says how many videos are in the playlist in the title area. Android App and YTM Windows app are all normal.
If you think that is bad, try using it directly on the TV without casting
