MeCool Now KA2 Upgrade?

I have the Mecool Now KA2. It came with android 10.

Around a month and a half ago, mecool announced an android 11 update for this device. Here

The update is not available on the device as a GOTA (via google plays services) update, or via the "OTA Updater" app on the device.

I've emailed mecool about a half a dozen times asking if they could provide the update, but they have not responded at all. I'm wondering if anyone else has been able to get mecool to provide the update, or maybe has a newer KA2 device that came with android 11 and knows how to dump all of the partitions?

I have direct contact with someone who works there, I'll ask them about it.

Anybody know how to do a factory reset? I bought 4 of these for my family and I got the first one. Also, how do they call each other? They have no ph#.
