I haven't found one. As you're probably aware, Blink is an Amazon company and AFAIK don't support any apps for Android TV.

I haven't tried sideloading the phone app, but even if that somehow works to view the cameras, it probably won't give you notifications like on the Echo Show or Fire TV.

I've attempted to sideload unrelated Android apps for Fire TV previously and they didn't work because they were designed to look for Fire TV specific stuff. I assume somebody smart could maybe get something cobbled together. But I sure haven't figured it out.
