Why would you want to save data whilst streaming anyway? Quality is more important to me at least.
I have to uninstall/reinstall the WebView beta app because of this same error. Might try that if all else fails.
Should be able to disable the app under app settings, it will probably work to disable and re-enable the app to force it to update to the latest version.
Are you in developer mode? If so, turn it off and try again.
Clear data and cache of playstore and Force Stop. Then try to update. Worked for me
