I turned on the tv after I woke and was met with these visual glitches. I have tried a power cycle, restart, factory reset, changing input and updating software. Nothing works, what should I do now? Any ideas?

Is it a tv or a box like a shield or similar?
Tried changing out the hdmi cord?
If it is tv itself then panel issue likely. If it is a dongle like chromecast then check hdmi cable and port and the device itself. Anyway something is def. Broken there.
Interesting how 3 dimensional the screen looks in this video.
Is your HDMI cable plugged in all the way? Are you running an especially long cable? If you are running in 4k, do you have the correct cable for that? These are some things to check.
Have you tried reseting your device, if that doesn't fix it then unfortunately your screen is damaged most probably!
