Out of these 3?
What about LG? the LG I got earlier this year is an amazing piece of hardware
edit: the model I got is the number 2 here: https://thedebutreview.com/best-smart-tv/
I like LG (Oled) the most. I have a Panasonic Oled its good but the smart apps are terrible.
LG
Overall, LG.
But out of these 3: Sony
I have a Sony X90J and love it, Google TV performance is spot on, I expected it to feel sluggish compared to my Shield but I've stopped using the Shield since I got it.
Buy TV for a the best panel, and get the 'smart' on the side, like Shield this way you get the best of both worlds otherwise you get the half assed 'smart' brains and probably not the best panel in the price range
TCL
Somethings to keep in mind:
-Samsung is the leading manufacturer of QLED screens (known for superior brightness and use in rooms with windows).
-Samsung sells QLEDs themselves, but they also sell those panels to other brands, like Sony
-LG is the leading manufacturer of OLED TVs (known for superior black levels)
-LG sells OLEDs themselves, but they also sell to other brands, like Sony.
TL;DR Don't read too much into the "Brand". Figure out what the TV panel is.
Samsung is absolute garbage. Very limited apps, ads in the menu that can’t be disabled, led is subpar and qled is only useful in bright rooms. I bought the Q80 after seeing it displayed at Best Buy and was disappointed when I brought it home. The budget Samsung TVs are the absolute worst on the market. For budget tcl is good, otherwise Sony and LG are safe bets.
I like the LG approach to the smart features... Unfortunately I can't afford one of their OLEDs.
I like AndroidTV too, but I'd prefer to have it as a separate unit, it promise so much variety, but it takes some sideloading to perfect it, and it's too heavy for average TV hardware.. then it's nice to have the LG apps as a fallback...
Out of those 3 I would definitely pick LG OLED
LG all the way
LG
Why only these 3 brands? You are missing so much other good stuff. Philips OLED for example: Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, Android tv, superior black, Ambilight.
Samsung hardware, but their UI is laggy as hell
Philips
Uh. Sony is good when you dont care about its 60hz and 1080p limitation on internal apps. Id pick the tv with best picture quality at my budget and just add a proper dongle such as coreelec or firestick or nvidia shield or apple tv.
LG
I'm happy with my Sony Bravia.
webos
Xiaomi
I didn’t pick Panasonic cuz they don’t sell in North America anymore.
SmartTVs are dumb (lol). An Android TV device will have faster decoding and far more space for apps.

The best choice for me is something with WebOS, LGTv is the most know brand that has WebOS, but I have recently watched some other brands featuring WebOS, but I don't know, the app support at least for Online Streaming is decent, but obviously it won't compare to an Android Device, althought my rarely used Xiaomi Mi Stick stopped from working without reason, anyway, Sony it's know to have good sound quality, so yeah, between the options Sony with Android TV is the best option I think.
Xiaomi
I really dig TCL, I got one recently and it's a gorgeous device and much cheaper to the big brands like Sony, LG etc. Also let me give you a little secret, they are being made in the same factor in China, with the same parts. they just different labels on them.
edit: I got asked which TCL I got, not sure if I am allowed to post amazon links, it's the number 1 item here: https://thedebutreview.com/best-smart-tv/
