Perhaps issue with video codec or something, did you change something in settings, or did you recived a new update, if this is the issue with every app then reset/format your device or device settings also check your internet connection, see if offline(from usb) video is playing, if its a particular app then reinstall it or do clear data for it. Hope this fixes it!

well i donno what happend i just did restart again like 5 times from diffrent sources. and cleaned background apps again and now it works. for now i dont need to format
