I wanted to avail the Xiaomi on door service but on entering the serial number for my Xiaomi MiTV-AXSO2 the website is showing that the serial number is invalid. According to the website the serial number should be one digit less.(more in comments)

From what I see on your photo that's probably you built-in network adapters serial number.
You need to search for your devices SN, which is usually in ie. About this TV in Settings.
Other way is to get it from sticker behind your TV.
