The builtin Disney+ say its outaged and can't be used, when I search in Play I can download Disney+ but then I have 2 apps, one unusable.
My main issue with that, is that the hard button on the remote is only running the build-in not functional Disney+

Report the issue to Walmart and they will probably fix it in an upcoming firmware update. Nothing else you can do. They probably already know they have to fix it, but report it anyway. Here's how to do that.

There’s a button mapper app where you can customize what the remote buttons launch.
The Button Mapping won’t work on hard buttons. You’re best bet would be to re map it to your Bookmark button. But have u tried Uninstalling Updates to the original app? I would delete the new app and try it out and see if once u uninstall the updates. Hopefully the original app will updated itself correctly.
Have you tried uninstalling updates on the app? I think maybe the last update could have not installed properly for you. Uninstall the updates and it will update again by itself. Mine shows version 2.8.0-rc2
