I flashed and incorrect firmware to the above TV model. It "works" but the colors are all off and grainy. By any chance does anyone have a recovery image? Every link I can find is dead. I have contacted TCL support but they don't seem to want to send me it. It would be a shame to have to throw this away due to my dumb mistake.

You seem to be correct about TCL being extremely stingy with sending those IMG files, the whole reason I got into this mess myself is that they only provide images for other regions, those images have major problems on North American TVs for some reason.
