After update to android 11 i could not install any apps from out sources and also x-plore app if installed and i did restart to my device it will delete it

I have the xiaomi stick 4k, not problem at all...

Try to factory reset

Enable developer options, then allow x-plore in "install from unknown sources" (if you haven't already)
