What is it about some apps like Twitch, Eurosport and others that makes them laggy or skipping frames? Maybe some developer can shine some light - other apps like YT or Netflix are fine... How can it be TV's fault if other apps have nice buttery smooth stream?

I really want to watch stuff on my TV, but the frames are so inconsistent on some apps, are they using some kind of different video mode? It really is noticeable on Esports or racing sports... And because of this inconsistency between apps, I dont feel like new TV would solve things. I have andoird TV 8

It's either because of an underpowered SoC or inadequate software optimization.

Because tour TV's that old...newer TVs come with newer processors & better RAM
