Title says it all. Currently at work we have built-in Android on the TV, Android 8.0 .. and it's slow. We want to show a webpage that has images, maybe a video..
So my plan is to connect an AndroidTV stick to our TV. TV can be automatically set to start with HDMI1. Can AndroidTV be configured in such a way it automatically opens a webpage after boot?

Friend of mine runs a dry cleaner shop and he put his images in a Google photos account and just uses the screensaver feature on Chromecast for this.
If this is for signage, a Raspberry Pi (esp. a Ras Pi Zero W) would probably work out better for you.
