(HELP) SmartTube Next client not loading whatsoever.

I went to watch some videos the other day and noticed that my smart tube app, which has been working fine for the past few months, has suddenly stopped loading anything. The Home Screen just shows a black screen with the loading animation. And all the screens are like this.

I have tried rebooting my chromecast with google tv, I’ve tried reinstalling the app, I’ve tried switching to the beta branch, I’ve tried clearing the app data. I even fully factory reset my google tv, but still no luck :(

The stock YouTube app works just fine, so it’s not my internet nor my connection to YouTube severs. Is the api been changed? Is anyone else experiencing this? While I’ve heard people on this sub having similar issues, they were resolved with the steps I tried above. I’m really stumped by this.

I have on the beta, currently 14.99, working on multiple Nvidia Shields without any recent issues.

What country are you in? I am in the US.

Are you using a VPN or proxy?

Having that issue once in a while. I believe it's an issue with the sponsor block. Try using the beta if you can and it seems to be more reliable, for me at this time.

The older and updated version isn’t working for me either. Just stays on the loading screen. I’m sure the developers will get it working again

For me it only works with VPN. I am using surfshark. Weird. But with vpn it works perfect
