Android TV remote access and disable remote at start

Hello folks,

im using an Thomson THA 100. My main purpose is to use it as an digitale signage player. There for I'm using Xibo Player. There are still some things that bother me. Is there any solution for remote controlling the Android TV and at every start i need to connect the remote is there a way to disable this?

Can't answer about the remote, but AnyDesk can do remote access on ATV. A client of ours has them in their lobby and the vendor they get them from uses AnyDesk to connect to them.

When I enable screen overlay in the settings the message with the remote controle gets overlapped and the message is no problem anymore.

Fighting with the same problem here. Solution: Operate the remote controller with a wall power adapter or and USB->3.3V converter instead of the battery. Power up the THA-100 and the remote the same time. As the remote wakes up it sends connection signals for a while and that solves this problem.
