Look up HDMI Audio Inserter, Embedder, or Injector. It's more expensive and less common than a box that will remove the audio.

If TCL has a a digital audio out, you can link a cable from there to the digital audio in of your receiver. Or worst case, go from the AUX(headphone out) of the TV, to the audio-in jacks on your receiver. I don't know if there will be video/audio sync problems though.
