Disney Plus, HBO Max and YouTube Music keeps being installed automatically seconds after I uninstall them. How can I disable this? This wasn't happening couple of weeks ago.

unfortunately you can't, android tv with bloatware are usually cheaper because of these apps that can't be uninstalled. The only way to remove them is to root the tv.
Use a diff launcher. ;)
