Problem regarding Google Settings

by First_Egg_9578

For reasons not that important, the data on my mother's smartphone had to be deleted.

The problem is that her email had two step verification active and she wasn't aware of that. The number set to receive the code in order to log into the account no longer exists and she has no backup code saved anywhere.

The only current device connected to her account (thus the one that could get the login codes) is a TV box (EKStech). But when I try to launch Google Settings to manage my accounts, instead of "Manage your Google account", I get a message saying: "To manage your Google account settings, please visit myaccount.google.com from a web browser", which defeats the purpose of me getting the codes (cause I'll have to sign in on browser). Is there a way to access the Google account management settings screen on a TV box?

Yeah, Google made 2-step verification auto-enabled from November 9.

And no, you won't get the account management settings on a TV box.

You can try to recover your mother's account (from a web browser)

Here's how I'd like the Google Settings on Android Tv Box to appear: https://imgur.com/a/qQPBkWv
