Hi everyone, so I have the mecool km2 and first the volume control stopped working on the remote so I had to rely on my tv remote volume. Now the volume is on mute for my android box and the mute button and volume control buttons are not working. Every other button works. So I basically can’t hear anything when I use my android box. I tried updating but said I had the latest update and don’t want to factory reset it because I will lose apps I had to pay to get installed. I appreciate any help with this. Thank you.
For anyone who experiences this all I had to do was go to settings and unpair the remote, turn off the box on the device itself then follow the instructions on the tv to repair the same remote 👍🏾
