I changed my launcher from android tv home to a few others and lost the ability to switch inputs. Do any of the 3rd party launchers support changing that in the TV?
Device is a hisense 60A6G. It does appear that google play has been updating the launcher hence it was puzzling that on stuff like launchy and leanbackonfire it didn't work.
So I found this and the input switching is working but live TV still isn't. I have to mess with that to get it working. Shame tho, I wish I could use flauncher.

Leanback on Fire might work as well. Someone forked the Android TV Leanback default launcher and has been adding features.

Since's it's based on the default launcher, it might have those activities you need.
The launchers are for "Android TV", not "Android TV" TVs, if that makes sense.
They won't have direct support for hardware level things like that.
You might be able to remap a button on a remote to do that. Or if there is a internal app, you could add that to the launchers.
