Will the X80K get Android version and security updates longer than the X80J?

Most likely. For what it's worth, a friend of mine gave me his old Sony 850D (2016 release I believe), and the last security update was for January 2020. Nearly four years. Hopefully, later models continue to receive updates for four plus years.

Wouldn’t generally recommend relying on TV manufacturers to update their TVs. You’d be very lucky to get an update at all.
