Hi: I own a Google TV, and noticed that my Bluetooth headphones works with most streaming apps but not HBO Max and Apple TV+. Have you guys experienced this? Is this a problem with Google TV or those streaming apps?

There's audio passthrough issues with certain streaming apps not passing through digital audio such as Dolby Digital or DTS. Not sure how it is on your TV, but on my Shield (Android TV device) I have to go in audio settings and turn off surround sound so it will passthrough stereo to the headphones.
It's a headache. Netflix I have no issue and the app correctly downmixes to stereo, but Disney+ and HBO Max I have to manually disable surround to get my BT headphones to work.
