Edit: Just deleted and downloaded the app and still not appearing :(
It's in the 3 dot menu bit now. Also, now it doesn't pause when selecting the new speed, which is nice.
It's a bug making its way through the manufacturer apps. It has been fixed for chromecast. The options are now in a settings cog menu.

Yea it's 3rd time this year those controls are gone for me, idk wth are they doing.
Just bought a new TCL and can't get the speed controls on YouTube to work, I thought I was going crazy.
Lost it too. It's still available on Apple TV.
