Unable to wake up tv via without remote while in lan mode. wifi works fine

I want to use my Android TV Telefunken XU65AJ600 in LAN mode with the given wakeup functions.

My TV is connected via HDMI to my pc and in wifi mode it often forces my pc to blackscreen while the tv is in standby state. pretty disturbing. i believe its due to an HDMI signal sent frequently.

So when it is connected to LAN the tv stops disturbing my pc.

BUT then waking up the TV via Google Assistant and Smartphone Remote stops working.

WOL anyway stopped working on my tv a few weeks ago so there goes my last chance to wake up my tv without the actual remote and without getting disturbed

I pinged each device (pc, tv in standby) and cross checked that through other devices in wifi and lan and they are always getting a result.

Notheless WOL doesn't work on the tv, waking up the tv over Smarthome doesn't work in LAN mode.

Update WOL never stopped working.
Android TV just nowhere states the actual LAN MAC-Adress. So that worked.

But Still bothered by that not working g assistant in lan mode or hdmi pings wich forces windows to blackscreen my screens (probably for rearanging the screens.)
