First, check if those devices are certified or not here

First check if they are certified. Then look up if your TV provider supports downloading an m3u of their channels. Otherwise see if they have an app for Android tv and if that app is compatible with your box. If you want something cheap but know that it definitely works I'd recommend getting an onn android box from Walmart for about 20 bucks
