Hi, my friend's Xiaomi TV says that the internet is offline when trying to update/install apps. The internet is working on Netflix and YouTube. It also says that it has a google account, but when opening the account list, it's empty. What can I do?
The Tv's running Android 9 and refuses to update.
Restart the box. Sometimes that helps. If that fails then reset the box. You do that thru the settings.
