Is there a way do disable toast messages on Android TV?

by Ryko1000

I use Mecool KM6 Deluxe and frame rate switching displays a toast message with frame rate or just informs me it didn't have to switch every time, so it is really bugging me.

I know there are some apps for normal android, but is there a solution for Android TV? Thanks

I am not near my km6 deluxe at this time, but I think it may be super SU setting that's causing that issue.

I'm not familiar with the 'toast' message. I had a lot of screen flickering and blanking issues, until I set the resolution to a fixed one (eg. 3840 × 2160 @ 50Hz) on both the Mecool box and the TV screen, first check that both of them support that size.

Then turn off the auto detect option in Android Display Settings, which is called something like HDMI-CEC.

Find the app that shows the toats, disable notifications on it. IIRC this also disables the toasts. Not 100% sure about it, thought.
