Are you not able to find it on Play Store because your location?
Search on YouTube how to sideload apps on android TV, easiest way I have found is to use an app called Downloader. Most videos show them using that app. I used downloader and APKMirror site, they have APK's of apps labelled as Android TV so it's pretty easy from there on.
