Hey, I was in search of an Android TV box or alternative to play movies that I have on my external hard drive or plex system which is capable of outputting 4K HDR10+ and 7.1 Dolby Atmos or alternative audio sources. As I'm new to this sphere of TV boxes I was hoping I could get a bit of a hand. Thanks!!!
Nvidia Shield is the best you can get in the Android TV space. It'll play back pretty much anything and has HDMI pass-through so you can send TrueHD, DTS-MA/DTS-HRA etc to a soundbar/receiver.
