I have a TCL 32S615 TV and I simply cannot open Spotify today... It was working properly yesterday, but when I tried to open it today, it stays with a gray background and a broken image icon.
Tried to reboot the TV, erase data/cache, reinstall the app, but nothing worked.
Curiously, if I try to stream a song to the TV using Spotify Connect, it works, but has a 10-second delay to play the song.
Not that I have a suggestion, but sometimes knowing it still works for somebody else gives a clue. I use a Hisense U8G 55" and recently logged on via the Android app on the tv and followed the sync process to logon. I can't recall exactly what it had me do, but it involved logging on from my other device on the same network which for me is my iPhone when I connect it via Wifi. I tried it again just now and it still works for me.
