Mi stick stuck on "Mi" logo, keeps resetting, and can't do a hard reset

This happened after there was a power outage here at home. What should I do? I tried connecting the power on tv, on a box power, nothing worked.

Sounds like it's bricked.. Throw it in garbage and get a decent box
