If you mean the TV version it's no longer in development , and was aimed more towards Fire TV, although it worked on Android TV since FireOS is based on Android. You had to sideload it since it wasn't in the Play Store.

Aptoide Tv, got it from there for my android box.
If you have an air mouse, this version of Chrome works very well with copy/paste function.
Edit: Here is Chrome running on a Google Certified Android TV box. You can see how it works, just like on a computer. It starts at the 2 minute mark.
There's no guarantee it'll work, but you can download the apk from APKMirror and sideload it.
Edit: If it installs but doesn't show up, you can try to open it through Sideload Launcher from Store.
