JBL Link Bar can't get to welcome screen

Hi all,

I picked up the JBL Link Bar and subwoofer yesterday on clearance (they were display models)and immediately ran into a problem.

I can't get to the welcome screen to set up the bar and android TV.

The following sequence is all that happens. When powering on the bar I get the JBL logo then 4 coloured circles followed by the Android logo. Then the screen goes black then blue then black with text reading "audio only".

Has anyone experienced this and found a way to get it working? Otherwise it's going back to the shop.

Press the input button on the top of the bar. Circle and arrow. Or push home on the remote if it’s paired.

The bar supports 3 hdmi audio in and arc, audio only gets displayed when it’s in arc mode. Switching input will get you to the Google TV screen.
