I'm going to develop an application for iOS and Android but beforehand I'm curious to find out is there any application that has air fly (magic) mouse functionality? I couldn't find any. All applications have a touchpad but they use it as a gesture recognizer instead of the left and right arrow buttons.

I thought you meant gyroscope, like the LG Magic Remote. Yeah, there are some already. I used 2 mouse toggle apps found on https://www.techdoctoruk.com/downloads/ . Pretty sure there're others on Play Store.
Make one using gyroscope. That's what "fly mouse" or "magic mouse" actually is and why it's worth getting
